Clean, reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced! Our guests were impressed with Turd Burglar’s clean portable toilets and even commented to us. We will call again!

I used this company for our event and couldn’t be happier. The porta potties arrived exactly when promised, were very clean, and stayed that way the whole time. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. It made a big difference for our guests. I’ll definitely call them again for future events.

We used Turd Burglar for a grad party and it was a great experience. Drop off and pick up didn’t require me there, and the unit was extremely clean. Party-goers commented on what a nice porta potty it was, which made it easier to keep people outside. I have already been recommending them to others in the neighborhood.

I run a large construction company and needed some toilets and sinks for a couple job sites. The turd burglar responded super fast with zero hastle, and was on time with delivery. Toilets were squeaky clean and smelled amazing. Great prices as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of toilets. Will definitely use again.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many portable toilets does a construction site need?

OSHA sets the floor in 29 CFR 1926.51: twenty or fewer employees on site means one facility, and above twenty it becomes one toilet seat and one urinal for every forty workers. Sites over two hundred workers move to one per fifty. Those are minimums, not comfort targets. Crews spread across a large site usually want more so nobody loses fifteen minutes walking. Tell us the head count and the layout and we will work out the number with you.

What does the process look like from the first call to pickup?

It runs in four steps. First we go over the site, the crew size, and how long you need the unit. Then we schedule delivery and set the unit somewhere the truck can reach all season. Servicing follows a pattern agreed with you for as long as the rental runs, and we add handwash stations to the same route when the job calls for them. When the build wraps, we haul everything off.

What affects the cost of a construction restroom rental?

Five things move the number. How many units the site needs, how long the rental runs, how often it gets serviced, whether the unit has to be relocated as the build progresses, and whether you also want an accessible unit on site. Site access matters too, because a unit a service truck cannot reach costs more time on every visit. Get a free quote.

Can you keep a unit usable through a Minnesota winter?

Yes, and it is a normal part of working here. The Twin Cities average between sixty and seventy days a season when the temperature never climbs above freezing, and roughly fifty-five to sixty freeze and thaw cycles on top of that. Winter placement matters more than anything else: level ground, out of the wind behind a building or a stand of trees, and clear of the spots where ice and plowed snow pile up.

How quickly can a unit be on site?

Most job site deliveries are scheduled within a few days of the call, and a long rental booked ahead of a build lands on the day you name. Spring is the one season worth planning around. MnDOT spring load restrictions ran from early March to late April across the metro this year, and weight limits on the roads into a site can shape which day a delivery truck gets there.

What areas do you serve?

Construction rentals go out across the northern Twin Cities metro every week. That covers Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Cambridge, Centerville, Circle Pines, Coon Rapids, East Bethel, Forest Lake, Fridley, Ham Lake, Hugo, Isanti, Lino Lakes, Nowthen, Oak Grove, Ramsey, Roseville, Saint Francis, Scandia, Shoreview, Stacy, White Bear Lake, and Wyoming, along with the surrounding communities. We also handle event restrooms and standalone handwash stations for the same customers. View our full service area.
