The ten million dollar Northdale reconstruction was approved in April and replaces utilities laid in the late 1960s, and a six and a half million dollar pedestrian bridge over Coon Rapids Boulevard opened in June. Both are street jobs with no facilities anywhere near the crew, which is the classic case for a long rental with regular servicing.
