Hugo is a new construction market before it is anything else. The city accounts for close to twelve percent of all new construction in Washington County and runs between a hundred and ten and a hundred and seventy single family starts a year. A single proposal at Oneka Lake covers 246 acres and hundreds of lots, so job site rentals here are long ones that move as the streets fill in.

A unit goes on a lot when framing starts and often stays through siding, drywall and landscaping, which on a large development means the same unit serving several houses in sequence. Those rentals want a set servicing rhythm and the flexibility to be repositioned as the street builds out.
The city requires a special event permit once attendance passes two hundred, or where there is amplified sound or a traffic impact. Restrooms are not what triggers the permit, but an event at that size will need its own, so the two usually get planned together. We can give you a unit count to work from before you file.
In most cases yes. In a new development the streets are often gravel for months and that is normal ground for a service truck. What we watch for is soft spring conditions and unfinished grading right at the drop point. Tell us where you want it and we will find the nearest spot the truck can reliably reach all season.
Early June is the tightest week of the year around here because the town's biggest festival lands then, and the weekends either side of it fill fast. A month ahead is comfortable for anything in that window. Outside the peak, a couple of weeks is usually plenty, and a small backyard order often less. A new build normally starts with one job site unit and adds a wash station once the interior work begins.
