Almost nothing out here is on city water or sewer. Municipal service reaches only the southern portion of the city plus the Whispering Aspen development, and the health department notes that most residents rely on private wells, so a rental has to arrive completely self contained. The city park rental form is blunt about it: if a tournament needs extra sanitation, the cost is billed to whoever booked the field.

Most of the city is on private wells and septic systems, and a rental here is often the only facility on the property at all.
