Sinks for food truck vendors and crews, which matter more once the summer sprinkling ban starts.

Clean, reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced! Our guests were impressed with Turd Burglar’s clean portable toilets and even commented to us. We will call again!

I used this company for our event and couldn’t be happier. The porta potties arrived exactly when promised, were very clean, and stayed that way the whole time. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. It made a big difference for our guests. I’ll definitely call them again for future events.

We used Turd Burglar for a grad party and it was a great experience. Drop off and pick up didn’t require me there, and the unit was extremely clean. Party-goers commented on what a nice porta potty it was, which made it easier to keep people outside. I have already been recommending them to others in the neighborhood.

I run a large construction company and needed some toilets and sinks for a couple job sites. The turd burglar responded super fast with zero hastle, and was on time with delivery. Toilets were squeaky clean and smelled amazing. Great prices as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of toilets. Will definitely use again.

Great customer service; the drop off and pick up process was so easy. We had 2 Porta potties for our party and everyone commented on the cleanliness, we were extremely pleased and will use again

We used Turd Burgler for a graduation party, the service was great, price great, and a great guy to deal with!!

Fantastic! Quick response, local to Ham Lake and best price for a rental. Will be using again! Very clean and great customer service

Construction is the biggest line here by some distance. A nine million dollar civic project is building a new city hall and police station on Forest Boulevard with a standalone fire station alongside, and an eight street reconstruction ran from June through October. Seven subdivisions are active at once, from Summer Field and Kennedy Estates to The Preserve at Comfort Lake, which keeps framing crews on lots with nothing plumbed for months.
The town sits at Exit 135 where Highway 61 ends at the interstate, with Forest Boulevard as the main street and the South Branch of the Sunrise River running through. The sixteen mile Sunrise Prairie Trail passes the length of it. Seventeen parks and pavilions can be reserved from five in the morning to ten at night, and Stagecoach Day brings a parade and food trucks in September.
Four, and construction takes most of the volume. We supply construction restrooms for the civic project and the subdivisions, event restrooms for parades and pavilion bookings, accessible units for public events, and handwash stations for vendors and crews. View all of our services.
It affects the improvised alternative rather than the rental. Once the ban starts in the middle of May, running a hose for crews or vendors to wash with stops being an option during the restricted hours. A standalone handwash station carries its own water and is unaffected, which is a bigger deal on a hot job site than most people expect.
It is what grants the noise extension for an evening event, with a limit of three per organization each year, and parks close at ten with a deposit required. There is no local rule setting a restroom count, so that number gets worked out from the crowd and the hours rather than from an ordinance. We can work the count out with you from the schedule.
That is the standard case in a new subdivision. The unit is self contained, so it needs firm ground and room for the service truck and nothing else. On a subdivision where the streets are still gravel and the utilities are months away, it is usually the only facility anywhere on the site for the whole framing stage.
As long as the job does. On a civic build running from one summer into the next, the same unit stays put for the duration with regular servicing and gets repositioned when the work moves to another part of the site. There is no fixed term, and stretching or shortening it is a phone call rather than a new agreement. Civic work like that runs on job site units with a wash station by the site trailer.
Tell us the site, the crew size or the crowd, and roughly how long. If you are not sure how many units you need, say so and we will work it out with you rather than leaving you to guess. Get a free quote.
Give us the subdivision and the phase, and we will plan the units as it grows.
